     Phila Brand Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp melted margarine
16 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon rind
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, separated
 
Instructions
Mix first two ingredients and press into 9 inch pie pan. Bake 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
Mix cheese, sugar, juice, rind and vanilla until well blended. Add egg yolks, one at a time. Fold in stiffly beaten whites. Pour over crust.
Bake 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
