Mix first 3 together and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. let cook.

|
Cream together next 2 ingredients and add 1 cup powdered sugar and then the cook whip.
|
|
|
|
Mix the pudding and milk together and pour over creamed mixture.
|
|
|
|
Frost with cool whip and garnish with chocolate chips or peanuts.
Can also be made with meon and pistachio pudding.
