     Sweet and Spicy Chinese Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
4 cups chopped fresh cabbage
1 cup finely chopped carrot
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1/2 cup diced green onion
1/3 cup olive oil
3T rice vinegar
1 T lime juice
2 T sugar
1-3 t thai chili sauce
 
1 t salt
1 t pepper
Instructions
Place cabbage, carrots, red peppers, and spring onions in a large bowl. Toss.
Whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and toss.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
