pare and slice potatoes into bottom of a buttered
casserole dish, use cooking spray if desired.
Cover potatoes with meat mixture and another layer
of potatoes. Pour enough milk until it just barely
shows around edges of casserole. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350-degrees until potatoes are soft, about
1.5-2 hours.
