preheat oven to 400. chop onion ham and parsley into small bits. bring a large pot of water to boil add macaroni, stir once. Once boiling again turn heat down and simmer for 10 minutes
melt butter in medium frying pan and add onion fry gently for a few minutes. turn heat to low and stir in creme fraiche, cream cheese, and most of the parmesan cheese, stir. add a pinch of salt and pepper
add chopped parsley and ham to sauce and mix. pour sauce into baking dish. drain macaroni. stir macaroni into baking dish. make sure it is well covered with sauce.
sprinkle remaining parmesan on top . plac ein oven and bake for 10 minutes.
