While butter is melting sift flour, baking powder and sugar together into medium mixing bowl.

Beat the eggs, add the milk and melted butter and add to flour mixture stirring lightly.
|
|
|
|
Butter 12 muffin tins. Fill 2/3 full
|
|
|
|
Bake at 425 for 12 minutes. Check for done-ness with toothpick.
