Crush garlic with rosemary , salt and pepper. Pierce roast with knife tip in several places and press half the garlic mixure in the openings. Rub pork with remaining garlic mixture and Olive oil.place in lightly greased 13' x9 pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour. let stand covered for 10 min. remove to platter. serve and keep warm. Add broth and onions to the pan , making a basting sauce. simmer for 10 min. pour over roast.
