Brown meat in 1 Tbsp. oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. 8 -10 min. Add broth to pan stirring to loosen particles from bottom of pan. Combine flour and seasoning in a 3 -4 qt. slow cooker. Place browned meat and mixture from pan, toss to coat. add mushroom soup and soup mix, stir until well blended. Stir in mushrooms.
