     Raspberry Vinaigrette

Servings   1 cup

Ingredients
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp canned low-sodium chicken
broth, undiluted
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously to blend. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve vinaigrette with salad greens.
Yield- 1 cup 8 calories per tbsp. fat 0.5g, protein 0.1g, carbohydrate 1.1g, fiber 0.0g, cholesterol 0.mg, sodium 21mg.
