Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine eggs, vanilla, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt, and honey and mix well. Stir in rice. Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch nonstick baking pan. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Scoop into dessert dishes or cut into squares.
