     Gelatina de Leche

Ingredients
1 litro de leche
2 yemas de huevo
canela en rajas
vainilla
grenetina
 
Instructions
La leche se pone a hervir con la canela y la vainilla. Se aparta un poco de la leche para disolver la grenetina.
Se disuelve la grenetina y las llemas en la leche aparte, y cuando esté bien incorporado se juntan con la leche que está en la lumbre.
Se mueve hasta que hierva y se cuela.
