|
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

|
Remove from oven and place in a pot with enough water to cover the potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are tender.

|
|
Remove from water, drain and return to baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for another 5 minutes.
|
|
|
Remove potatoes and mash using food mill. Add warm milk, butter and salt and pepper T.T.
