Mix zucchini, onion, cheese, Bisquick and seasonings. Put in a greased 2 qt casserole. Beat eggs, add oil Pour over zucchini mixture. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
I haven't made this for a long time, not sure if we even still like it. (Those of us that will actually eat something green)
