I have been eating Pho since I was a wee lad. When my mom would bring out the big pot I knew she was going to make it. The smell of the broth was so distinct and delicious. It was the perfect hearty and warm meal when it was cold outside. The best part was that we all ate together, and we could have as much as we want.
