Instructions
Bean paste soup has been my favorite food since I started to eat food by its taste. My mom made it at least once a weel and I really loved sitting around dining table and eating bean paste soup with cooked rice and sometimes with barbequed pork belly. That savory and deep taste and white rice make the perfect combination of foods. It's been some days since I haven't eaten bean paste soup. I already miss tis food a lot and I would try to cook it by myself. Here is how you make bean paste soup-
First, prepare ingrediants written up above. Then put a scoop of bean paste and some water into the earthenware bowl and stir them until bean paste completely dissolve as you boil. Next, when the soup boils, put ground red pepper, mushroom, chopped squash, chopped green pepper, and potato. Last step is to put blocked tofu in when potato is fully cooked. Cook it for 1 ~ 2 more minutes and serve.
