Instructions
Waking up early in California to a house wihtout my mom, as she would always be off to work before my little eyes wanted to open, I would rush into the kitchen with my Power Ranger pajamas to give my nanny a hug. Josie would lift me up in her arms and kiss me on the top of my head before she set me down on the counter. As I kicked my feet from the counter I would hear my brother's loud steps as he jumped into the kitchen and my sister's muffled steps as she skipped in behind my brother in her footsie pajamas. After we all got our kisses from Josie and we were all lined on the counter Josie would start the stove. The gas smell would trigger my empty stomach and it would growl as it desired my nanny's breakfast. As she would mix together the eggs and dumped the mixture into the skillet, she would ask us about our what we wanted to do with her for the day. Her voice rose about the sizzling sound of the eggs but my moutth was still watering. Once the sliced hotdogs were thrown into the
breakfast mixture the smell filled the kitchen. My brother and sister's eyes were wide and as we tried to respond quickly to Josie's questions we could only focus on the cheesey eggs. Once they were done she put the breakfast in a large bowl and with a big wooden spoon, Josie would smile and laugh as we awaited for our spoonful, going from my brother, to me,to my little sister. And the feeding line would continue untilit we licked the bowl clean. Now the steps are very easy in making this delicious kid favorite breakfast.
First my nanny would get the skillet going on about high, and she would put in a bit of butter on the skillet to liven up the flavor in the eggs and to also prevent them from sticking to the pan. She would crack four eggs into a mixing bowl and she would wisk them all together. After dumping them into the skillet she would let them cook for a while and then add in the salt and pepper. As the eggs were slowly cooking she would slice up three hotdogs and toss them into the mix. with a spatula she would get those eggs to scramble and the hotdog slices would warm up. As the eggs were almost done she would put in the cheese and mix up the eggs and hotdogs for two minutes, and the breakfast would cool in a large bowl and it would be ready to eat.
