Ingredients
1 cup soft shortening
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cup sifted flour
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
 
Instructions
Mix together shortening, sugar and eggs. Sift dry ingredients. Mix together.
Roll into balls. Roll in 2 Tbsp sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon. Put on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 350 for 7-8 minutes.
