When I was 13 years old I cut beef and pork out of my diet. I was not sure how I would survive without tasting the wonderful smothered porkchops that my mom and granny used to make. My mom was determined to find something to take its place. While at the store, we found what soon became my new love, turkey cutlets. We bought them and attempted to replicate the recipe with a different type of meat.
