When I was a kid, I remeber watching the Food Network on television all the time. My favorite show was Emeril because I loved his catch phrases he always said when he cooked. He use to say Bam! when he added spices and seasoning and followed with got to kick it up a notch. One of the dishes he made was a chicken parmesan dish with a side of spaghetti. That specific dish was so tantalizing, I had to make it. I immediately asked my parents if I could cook dinner that night and they agreed to it. They loved that dish so much that since then, I've been cooking dinner for my family every night. The following is the instructions how to make that chicken parmesan.

First, whisk the eggs in a bowl. Next, dip the chicken into the eggs and then dip them into the bread crumbs until fully coated with bread crumbs. Add italian season on top if you please.

Then, fill a frying pan with cooking oil until there is a thin layer covering the bottom and put on medium heat. Cook the chicken until it is golden brown and fully cooked; any raw meat would be bad. After, put the tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes into a sauce pan and put on medium heat. Then put the chicken into the sauce.

Next, add water and a teaspoon of olive oil to a big sauce pan. Add the spaghetti to the water once it is boiling and continue to stir it so it doesn't clump. Finally, strain the spaghetti and put both the spaghetti and tomato sauce into separate bowls. Add parmesan cheese and serve with red wine if you please. The very final step is to dig in and enjoy!
