Let bread dough thaw overnight in refrigerator. Cut each loaf in half lengthwise and in 8 pieces crosswise, 16 pieces to each loaf. Stir the pudding together with the nuts, sugar, butter and cinnamon. When crumbly, sprinkle 1/2 of the mixture into two 9 x 5 loaf pans or 2 greased 12 muffin tins. Arrange dough in the pans. Sprinkle with the rest of the topping.
