     Gloria's Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
2 16 oz loaves of frozen bread dough
Small box butterscotch pudding mix, not instant
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp cinnamon
 

Instructions
Let bread dough thaw overnight in refrigerator. Cut each loaf in half lengthwise and in 8 pieces crosswise, 16 pieces to each loaf. Stir the pudding together with the nuts, sugar, butter and cinnamon. When crumbly, sprinkle 1/2 of the mixture into two 9 x 5 loaf pans or 2 greased 12 muffin tins. Arrange dough in the pans. Sprinkle with the rest of the topping.
Let raise until doubled and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Flip out of the pan immediately and serve.
