Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Stretch the dough to form a pie. prick the dough with a fork in several places. Drizle down some EVOO around the crust. Mix ricotta, cream cheese,garlic and parsley , and season it with salt and pepper. Spread the dough with the mixture and top it with mozzarella and provolone cheeses.Bake the pizza until the crust is crispy. 20 min. Top the pizza with fresh basil leaves,cut and serve.
