     Chocolate Coconut Pie

Ingredients
2 cups milk
3/4 cups sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup biscuit mix
3 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup shredded coconut
 

Instructions
Grease 9-inch glass pie plate. In a blender, combine all ingredients except coconut. Blend on low for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pie plate. Allow to set for a few minutes, then top with coconut. Bake on middle shelf of preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Good hot or cold.
