1/2 cup HEAVY CREAM
|

2 -3 Tbl. real BUTTER
|

3 Tbl or more DARK BROWN SUGAR

1 teas. Coarse ground BLACK PEPPER

(optional) - Mini-Marshmellows

Instructions |
|
|
Peel, cube, and boil sweet potato.
|
|
|
Add butter,cream,and brown sugar. Sprinkle with black pepper (yes,really!)
|
|
|
Mash,mix,and stir.
|
|
|
(OPTIONAL - remove to a bowl or casserole, top with mini-marshmellows, and micro or bake until about melted).
