Ingredients
16 oz. (2 C) of Greek yogurt
4 to 10 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/2 C of diced or grated English cucumber
1 T. olive oil
2 tsp lemon juic
dill or mint optional
red wine vinegar (some recipes call for)
salt
 
Instructions
salt and drain cucumber for thicker sauce OR leave the moisture in for thinner sauce. If using a regular cucumber (not English) peel and seed)
