Heat veg oil, add garlic and onion mixture and brown. Add tofu cubes and about 1 T. of soy sauce. Break eggs into a bowl. Add green onions, a dash of Tabasco adn about 1 t. of soy sauce. Beat. When tofu is hot add the egg mixture. Mix gently and cook until set.
