     Cheesy Hashbrowns with Ham

1 24 oz bag frozen hashbrowns
1/2 cup minced onion
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups montery jack cheese/shredded
1 1/2 cups cubed ham
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cream softened cream cheese with celery soup.
Stir in onions, ham, jack cheese and pepper.
Break apart hashbrowns. Gently stir into mixture. Place in freezer bags or tins.
Thaw. Place in greased baking dish. Bake covered one hour at 360 degrees. Uncover, top w/ shredded cheese, melt.
