Break noodles into 4ths. Pour boiling H2o over noodles and separate for 2 minutes. Drain well. Mix noodles with cabbage. Mix other ingredients to form dressing. Pour over noodles and cabbage. Mix well.
Keep overnight mixing often. Dress with chopped green onions and cilantro.
