     Zucchini Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
2 and 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa powder
2 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 and 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. softened butter( I've used coconut oil sometimes-more moist)
1 and 1/2 c. sugar
 
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1/3 c mini semi sweet chocolate chips(optional)

Instructions
Grease and flour 9X13 inch cake pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In one bowl mix dry ingredients, in second bowl mix wet ingredients. Pour wet into dry and combine.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake at 375 for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
I've used a tube pan and drizzled white icing down over the top OR I've also used peanut butter icing. Cake is delicious with no icing as well.
