     Cowboy Pockets

Ingredients
1 recipe bread dough for 2 loaves or buy frozen loaves
1 1/2 lbs of hamburger
1 green pepper
1 sweet onion
1 red pepper
1c. cabbage
1c. celery
1/4 c. BBQ sauce
1t. garlic powder 1T Worchestershire sauce
 
1/2c. graded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Mix up bread dough and while its rising brown hamburger. Finely chop vegetables. Add to browned hamburger and saute veggies. Add other ingredients and cook until cheese melts.
Divide bread dough into 3 pieces. Roll each piece into a 12-inch square and cut into 12 pieces. Place 1 T of filling into the center and top with another square of dough. Seal edges. Let raise 30 min.
Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until browned.
I made these for my husband's lunch out on the tractor. Take one out in the morning from the freezer and by lunchtime it is thawed out.
Serving Suggestions
Freeze and pack in lunches. Tailgate parties. Great with mustard or ketchup.
