     Carrot Cake -Cream cheese frosting

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. soda
1 t. vanilla
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
 
1/4 t. nutmeg
3 c. shredded carrots
1c. nuts

Instructions
Beat sugar oil and eggs until fluffy. Sift dry ingredients together and add. Stir in carrots and nuts.
Bake 350 degrees. 2 - 9-inch pans for 30-35 minutes or 9x13 pan for 45 minutes
Cream cheese frosting- Beat 1 8oz. cream cheese with 1/4 c. butter and 2 t. milk. Add 4 c. powdered sugar and 1 t. vanilla
