Spray 2 quart casserole dish. Add butter and melt in microwave or oven.
Add all other ingredients except cheese in casserole dish and mix well. Top with grated cheese and bake covered at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 5-10 minutes to brown.
