     Ham and Cheese Omelet

Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten with salt and pepper to taste
chopped ham (1/4 cup)
grated cheese (1/4 cup)
 

Instructions
Spray skillet and heat over med/high heat.
Add eggs and tilt pan to cover bottom of pan.
Sprinkle ham and cheese over half of eggs.
Gently fold one half of omelet over the half containing ham and cheese. Cook about a minute more and serve immediately.
