raspberry dressing

Ingredients

	200ml raspberry vinegar
	1 punnet fresh raspberries
	dash truffle oil
	100g soft brown sugar
	olive oil to thicken


Instructions


blitz raspberries. warm sugar and vinegar in a pan until dissolved. then add all other ingredients to liquidiser and blitz
