     Best ever meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground sirloin
4 tbsp Epicure 3 onion dip mix
salt
pepper
panko crumbs (about 1/2 cup)
1 onion diced fine
2 tbsp steak spice
1 tbsp basil
 
5 drops Frank's red hot
5 drops Worcheshire sauce
1 cup of bacon bits (I use pre made)
1/2 cup of BBQ sauce or thick teryaki any thick sauce you like the flavor of will do
2 tbsp crushed garlic

Instructions
Mix all ingredients. If the recipe is too wet to form balls, add a bit more panko. If too dry add some more bbq sauce
Bake in the oven at 350 until done, about 20 minutes. These freeze great. We make a huge batch (like 200) and then freeze them for later
