     Potatoes Romanov - Easter

Ingredients
6 large potatoes
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika - sprinkle over top
 

Instructions
Cook potatoes with skins on, peel and shred or cut- up. Mix remaining ingredients saving 1/2c. cheese for topping.
Double the recipe for a 9x13pan sprayed with Pam. Bake in oven 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Then sprinkle with cheese and paprika and bake 15 minutes uncovered.
Serving Suggestions
I make 4 batches and 2-9x13 pans for Easter. Put in oven 300 degrees before church.
