Stir the soup, sour cream, salsa and chili powder in
a medium bowl.

|
|
Stir 1 cup of mixture with meat and cheese in
another bowl.
|
|
|
|
Divide the meat mixture among the tortillas. Roll
them up and place them seam side up in a 11x8
baking dish. Pour remains salsa mixture over
tortillas. Cover
|
|
|
|
Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until they are
hot and bubbly. Top with tomatoes and onions.
