     Enchiladas - Beef or Chicken

Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. salsa
2 t. chili powder
2 cups browned hamburger or chopped chicken
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
6 flour tortillas warmed
1 tomato chopped
1 green onion, sliced or 1/2 c. chopped sweet onion
 

Instructions
Stir the soup, sour cream, salsa and chili powder in a medium bowl.
Stir 1 cup of mixture with meat and cheese in another bowl.
Divide the meat mixture among the tortillas. Roll them up and place them seam side up in a 11x8 baking dish. Pour remains salsa mixture over tortillas. Cover
Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until they are hot and bubbly. Top with tomatoes and onions.
