Mix together sugar, flour, salt; beat in eggs, add mustard and mix well.
Add water and vinegar and mix well again. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened or until it bubbles; or cook in double boiler to prevent scorching.
Note- Be sure to mix in order given to prevent lumps.
