Put all ingredients in a gallon jar and shake well to mix. Keep chilled in refrigerator until used. Use over tossed lettuce salad, sprinkled with celery seed.
Garnish salad with black olives, sliced egg, pepperacini and tomato.
Serve with bread sticks.
