     Vermont Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 tsp salad oil
2 eggs
1 cup milk
 
Instructions
Beat all ingredients with rotary beater until smooth.
Pour batter from 1/4-cup measuring cup onto geased griddle. (Grease griddle if necessary.)
Bake until bubbles appear. Turn and bake other side until golden brown. About 12.
