In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef; sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cook 4-5 mins; stirring occasionally, until browned. Stir in all remaining ingredients except rolls. Cook about 5 mins longer, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and juices thicken slightly.
To serve, use slotted spoon to place about 1/3 cup beef mixture on each roll.
