     Easy Cheesy Beef and Bowties

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups uncooked bowtie (farfalle) pasta (5 oz)
1 lb lean ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Condensed Cream of Cheddar cheese soup
1 cup Old El Paso Thick & Chunky salsa
8 medium green onions, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 1/2 cups shredded American-Cheddar cheese blend (6 oz)
 

Instructions
Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5-7 mins, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in the soup, salsa and 6 tbsp of the onions. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 5 mins.
Stir in pasta; cook 3-5 mins, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with cheese; cook just until melted. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tbsp onions.
