Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Unroll pie crust on cookie sheet. In large bowl, toss all filling ingredients. Spoon filling evenly onto crust, spreading to within 2 inches of edges. In small bowl, mix 1/4 cup flour and the brown sugar. Cut in butter, using pastry blender, until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling.
