     Pork Dry Rub

Ingredients
1 cup paprika
3/4 cup pepper
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup onion powder
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup salt
1 Tablespoon mustard powder
 

Instructions
Mix ingredients well.
Dry meat off and and apply as much rub as you like. There should be enough for several uses.
Slow roast (300F) for 3-4 hours.
If desired during the last hour baste with Versatile BBQ sauce recipe.
