Heat oven to 350. In large bowl blend cream cheese and soup until smooth; stir in chicken, broccoli, onion, salt and pepper.
Unroll 1 can dough into 2 large rectangles. Place rectangles on ungreased large cookie sheet 2 inches apart; firmly press perforations to seal. Place 1/2 of chicken mixture over each rectangle. Sprinkle with 1/4 C cheese over each. Unroll second can of dough into 2 long rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal.
Press or roll each to form 13x5 inch rectangle; place over cheese. Press edges with fork to seal. Bake at 350 22-28 minutes.
