     Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
15 oz can pumpkin
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
9-inch pie crust
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Heat pumpkin and spices over low heat until hot. Let cool. Whisk pumpkin, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for another 35-40 minutes. Let cool on oven rack.
Note- Put pie plate or casserole dish of water on the rack beneath the pie to prevent cracking.
