1 deep dish or 2 regular pie shell(s), uncooked

3/4 cup cooked, chopped ham

3/4 cup grated cheddar or Swiss cheese

1 1/2 cups or 12 oz can evaporated milk

Variations-use cooked sausage instead of ham. Can add cooked broccoli or other vegetables of choice

Instructions |
|
|
Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell.
|
|
|
Bake 350 for 35-45 minutes depending on the type of pie shell.
|
|
|
Serve while warm. Leftovers can be refrigerated and microwaved.
