     Fish Patties

Servings   4-6 patties

Ingredients
1 lb fish, cooked and flaked (I use leftover tilapia or whitefish)
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 -3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
2 eggs, beaten
1 T oil for frying
Buns and tartar sauce if desired
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients except oil. Shape into patties.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook about 5 minutes until brown, turning once.
