     Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
2 large cans sweet potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Topping-
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
 
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans, optional

Instructions
Drain potatoes and mash in 9x13 baking pan. Add sugar to butter to dissolve, then add eggs, milk, and vanilla and mix into potatoes.
For topping, mix flour, brown sugar and pecans (if desired). Add melted butter. Spread over potatoes.
Cover with foil and bake for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake for a few minutes to brown.
