     Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
20 oz chopped broccoli, cooked
1 can each cream of chicken and mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1 c celery and onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 lb velveeta or cheese whiz
 

Instructions
Heat velveeta and butter in microwave or on stovetop to a soft, mixable consistency. Add soups, celery and onion if desired, and rice and broccoli.
Spread in greased 9x13 baking pan, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover for the last few minutes to brown.
