     Marinated Roast

Ingredients
3 lb roast
2 T oil
1 cup tomato juice
4 T worcestershire sauce
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
 
3 T mustard

Instructions
Combine marinade ingredients (all except oil) and pour over roast in shallow bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 24 hours. Remove meat from marinade and pat dry with paper towel.
Heat oil in large skillet and brown meat on all sides.
Place in crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve with accumulated gravy.
